Pulsify is built by Line of Flight B.V., registered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.
When you sign up, we collect your name and email address. If you subscribe to a paid plan, Stripe processes your payment information. We don't store credit card details ourselves.
When you connect your Amazon account, we access marketplace data through Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API) and advertising data through Amazon's Ads API. This includes prices, orders, inventory, and campaign performance. We only access data necessary to provide insights into your Amazon business and run your automations.
We use your account information to run the service, process payments, and send account-related emails.
We use your Amazon data to run your automations and display results. Pulsify acts as a processor for this data. You own it. When you disconnect your Amazon account or ask us to delete your data, we remove it. We handle Amazon data in accordance with Amazon's Data Protection Policy.
All data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted and logged.
We use Plausible for website analytics. Plausible doesn't use cookies, doesn't collect personal data, and doesn't track you across sites.
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. That's it.
We don't sell, trade, or rent your personal data. We share limited data with service providers that help us operate Pulsify: Stripe for payments, Heroku and AWS for infrastructure. These providers only access what they need to perform their services.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You can also object to or restrict how we process it. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your data. If you want your data removed without deleting your account, email us and we'll handle it.
If we update this policy, we'll email you. We won't just quietly change it and hope you notice.
